Northstar 3 bdrm, Dog Friendly, Amazing Views

This absolutely beautiful NorthStar end unit features the best view, location and layout in the Indian Hills complex - spectacular and it's DOG Friendly! Free NorthStar shuttle service is provided to the Village and Recreation Center. This newly remodeled open plan includes a gorgeous stone fireplace, new alder cabinetry, open kitchen, large kitchen island with seating, upgraded flooring, designer lighting & fixtures, all new high quality linens, down comforters on each bed, etc. This unit boasts a one of a kind full length deck with panoramic views and almost 2 times the size of other Indian Hills units plus an expanded entryway for more living space/ski storage and heated boot racks. Enjoy views or a family movie night while lounging on the expansive 'L' sofa in the vaulted great room.

This mountain paradise sleeps 8 plus an infant or toddler in the full size crib. The master is located on the entry level with a king bed and an attached bath with shower (shared with the great room level). The two guest bedrooms (one with two double beds and one with a queen bed and full size crib) are located on the lower level and share a full bath off the hallway (tub/shower).This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center; ($10 per person/per day). The Recreation Center offers several outdoor Jazuzzi’s, a well-equipped expansive workout room, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, video games and much more. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, lap pool, kid’s camp, play area and the Snack Shack.

Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating rink, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops and licensed daycare.

Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, rolling skating rink, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top and equestrian center with great trails for horseback riding.

Our Guests are only minutes away from North Lake Tahoe where you can go boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, fishing, sightseeing or just enjoy relaxing at the Lake watching the kids skip rocks.

North Shore Casinos are about 10 minutes away for gambling, dining and listening to fun music.

  This is an end unit and is really cute and close to Northstar with many things to do. We went mountain biking, hung out at the pool, and went for many walks. The kitchen is well stocked. Towels and rugs are ready to be replaced, but overall a great place for one family or a few friends.

  My family and I stayed at this condo for the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for a family gathering with a very nice kitchen. The location is great being close to Northstar for
  skiing, and Truckee and Tahoe City for dining.
  From the condo you can easily, walk to the gondola
  serving the Ritz Carleton. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends for a place to stay near Lake Tahoe.
