Drive 10 minutes to the north shore of Lake Tahoe. This beautifully remodeled condo has high end finishes throughout - granite kitchen with designer cabinetry & stainless appliances, granite baths with large tiled showers, and custom slate flooring in the entry and throughout living areas (bedrooms carpeted). Living area with gorgeous rock fireplace (gas) overlooks passing gondola and scenic pine forest. This is a rare find in the Ski Trail development to have so many custom upgrades & an added floor to ceiling fireplace.

Main floor: Entry, Master bedroom & ensuite w shower, half bath off hallway, Kitchen and Living room w gas fireplace & smart TV.

2nd floor: Bunk room (full size top bed, queen size bottom bed), ensuite bath w shower, smart TV.

This property offers access to the Northstar Recreation Center; ($10 per person/per day). The Recreation Center offers several outdoor Jazuzzi’s, a well-equipped expansive workout room, a game room with pool tables, air hockey, video games and much more. In the summer, guests will also enjoy the Junior Olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, lap pool (open during winter), kid’s camp, play area and the Snack Shack.

Winter activities at Northstar Resort include the new Lookout Mountain offering acres of new terrain for skiers and snowboarders including a Terrain Park and Super Pipe. There is a cross-country center, snow tubing park, ice skating rink, restaurants, bars, retail shops, equipment rental shops and licensed daycare.

Summer activities include a champion 18-hole golf course and golf pro, tennis courts, tennis pro available for lessons, roller skating rink, mountain bike trails including chair lift to take you to the top and equestrian center with great trails for horseback riding.

Our Guests are only minutes away for North Lake Tahoe where you can go boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, parasailing, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, fishing, sightseeing or just enjoy relaxing at the Lake watching the kids skip rocks.

North Shore Casinos are about 10 minutes away for gambling, dining and listening to fun music.

  Hello we very much enjoyed our recent stay, found the condo clean, the kitchen, flooring and bathroom upgrades were nice, especially appreciated both bedrooms having a full bathroom. Well located close to Northstar village and ski in and ski out. We also were able to use the common area washer and dryer across the unit a few steps down which was appreciated.
  
  The property management company was highly responsive we had a few requests before and after especially having housekeeping look for a lost item for us/sending a photo to them.

  This condo was perfect for a long weekend of skiing. It’s a 5 minute walk to the village and a short walk (just across the parking lot) from the slopes. Kitchen and baths are new and modern and the bed configuration was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 teen). We enjoyed watching the gondola from the living room.

  This vacation rental was wonderful. The location is obviously it's key attribute. But the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well enough. Everything was comfortable and convenient. There is free laundry one floor below. We would stay here again.

  Very nice condo on top floor. Great location. Like the other reviewer we found the items in the closet prevented us from using the space, which made it tight in the room. Lots of Tupperware and enough pots and pans.

  I visited over the 4th of July weekend and it was such a pleasant stay. This being a new listing, I understand that there were some supplies that could have been more plentiful or available (i.e. more than 4 bowls, saran wrap or foil, napkins, lids for the pots and pans etc.) but the positives out weighed any of that. The owner/managers were great with communication which is a huge plus. The gondola can be seen right outside the living room. You do have to walk up a bit of stairs from the parking lot, but it's not too far. The washer/dryer is located in a common area outside the condo, but it's right across from the front door which made it very convenient. It does not require money but you do need to bring your own detergent as there are none.
  
  Overall, it's a perfect stay for a small family and I'd highly recommend it!
