This Tahoe Vista Inn Suite #6 offers the perfect romantic getaway. This 2 bedroom/1.5 baths unit has a private balcony overlooking the lake from the living room and master bedroom. Enjoy a spectacular lake and mountain view from the pillow top king bed in the master bedroom. There is a gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV and a Roman whirlpool tub in the master. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bay window seat. This suite has a private balcony with amazing lake view, fully equipped kitchen, a flat screen smart TV in the living room and free Wireless Internet access.

  We were thrilled with our 7 nights here. Very comfortable place with everything we needed. Great views from the balcony, the living room and the awesomely comfortable king size bed! The host was extra friendly and helpful (thank you Kristi!). The location could not have been better with Rubicon 25 minutes to the west and Cave Rock 25 minutes to east. Also found numerous trailheads in the immediate area. Even though off season (last week of Oct 22), still plenty of restaurants were open and the reduced crowd sizes was valuable to us. We would highly recomend this place.

  The condo at Tahoe Vista Inn #6 was perfect! The views of the beach, boats on the lake, mountains was breathtaking! Loved sitting out on the patio and hearing the water, watching the geese play! Location is perfect on the North Shore, easy drive to many good restaurants in both directions, shopping and things to do. The condo had everything we needed for comfort and relaxation.   We really enjoyed our stay. Great to be on the water, patio is private and cozy, windows bring in a lot of sun. Beds were comfortable. Great pillows. The tub/shower is probably unlike any you've ever experienced, but it novel/fun for a short stay. Management was attentive too. Definitely recommend!

  I will start by saying that the hosts are wonderful, responsive, and easily accessible. The property is in a great location, and the pictures on line do no do the beauty of the place in person. The rental was available hours before the listed time, and the hosts reached out to me to update me. The property is very close to great restaurants, a beach, and a grocery store. The hosts were very helpful when I reached out with an issue with the air conditioner. The place is well lit, and the view of the water is priceless. I will definitely save this property on my favorites list for when I return to the area!

  This is a great location and the units are clean and well kept however unit 6 master bath is a disaster. You can’t get in and out of the bath tub and the shower head is impossible to get underneath to shower. Other than that it has a great kitchen and living room.   We were pleasantly surprised by the view because the rooms facing the South were already taken. But this West view was spectacular as well and that's a big reason we booked this room. It's a 2-BR Suite with one master and one guest bedroom. Very clean with all the supplies we needed. The only challenge was the shower. You have to climb 3 feet down into a jacuzzi tub and then work the shower from there. Very 1960s set-up as far as the shower goes and would be difficult for someone not agile.

  Booking the rental was quick and easy. the owners were great to work with. when we got there the location was just as described. Unit overlooked the water (more of a cove view) but excellent! We really enjoyed the beach, especially since there were kayaks, paddle boards, etc. to enjoy for free. Although the unit is a little outdated, the location given the price can't be beat. The only thing to mention with regards to unit 6 is to be consider the shower situation if you plan to stay in this unit. This unit has a roman tub, which I've never before seen. I thought the tub was separate from the shower, but it's a shower-tub combo. To use the shower, one must carefully negotiate a ledge to descend into (and later ascend from) the tub. Otherwise, I have no hesitations and would love to stay again. The unit was clean, had all the amenities one could hope for, including a fully functional kitchen and a nice tv. Fantastic time!

  Great place overall; wonderful views, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, good privacy, and nice dock, deck, and beach. The wind screens on the deck were especially nice while trying to enjoy the outdoors and not have things blown all over the place. The staff was very helpful and friendly, helping us book last minute.
  
  The only things I would recommend changing are notifying potential guests that the restaurant is actually closed, and possibly updating the decor a bit. That's a minor quibble on top of everything though- it's a solid stay.

  My husband and I recently spent our "mini-moon" at Tahoe Vista Inn. The property, location and management were fantastic- so much so, that we extended our stay. We stayed in room 6. It was quiet, clean, and right on the lake. The views are amazing!! The kitchen appliances are a little dated, but in working condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics for 's got a great flat screen TV and very comfortable and clean furniture. Also, the adjacent restaurant, Captain Jon's, was one of the best meals we had during our stay. Not to mention the abundance of outdoor activities the area has to offer! We will definitely stay at Tahoe Vista Inn again.

  The unit had the basic ammenities that you would need. Decent kitchen and living area. The tub/shower in the master is incredibly weird and awkward -- you have to literally climb over a ledge to get in -- quite dangerous actually. It was clean and the location is good for a water view but you are right on the main roadway with no walking paths or sidewalks. Still had to travel for a beach - no private beach for the unit. Staff was incredibly friendly and let us borrow beach towels and beach chairs and helped us with laundry. Would recommend this for a basic, water view property.
